Antje Wallner is responsible for the commercial, strategic and operational structures of the company. With analytical strength and a clear eye for efficiency, she ensures that our processes remain sustainable, transparent and efficient.
With many years of experience in the PLM environment, Rainer Berger brings in-depth specialist knowledge and entrepreneurial flair. He drives technical innovation, designs future-oriented solutions and ensures that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards.
With a combination of economic foresight and technical expertise, our management is shaping the future of the company – responsibly, innovatively and in a spirit of partnership.
Our path, a steady development
A success story from the beginning to today
The beginnings
Dr. Jens Wallner began his career after completing his doctorate in robotics at McDonnell Douglas (later UGS) in presales for Unigraphics and Ideas – today's Siemens products NX and Teamcenter.
Self-employment
Together with Werner Karp, Jens Wallner founded Janus Computer Graphics GmbH.
Three years later, he decided to go his own way and founded Dr. Wallner Engineering 3D-CAD/CAE & PDM Consulting GmbH.
The group
With the vision of becoming active throughout Germany, he united a team of specialists under the umbrella name of the Dr. Wallner Group.
An unexpected loss
The sudden death of Jens Wallner shook the family and the company.
His wife, Dipl. Ing. Agnes Wallner, took over the management of the company and continued to run Dr. Wallner Engineering 3D-CAD/CAE & PDM Consulting GmbH with commitment and foresight.
A generational change
Antje Wallner, who has been with the company since 2012 after studying international marketing and business administration, officially joins the management team.
Reinforcement at the top
Rainer Berger, one of Jens Wallner's first employees, is now joining the management team. With his technical expertise and many years of experience, he strengthens the company's innovative power.
Handover to the next generation
Agnes Wallner retired at the end of 2023 and officially handed over the company to Antje Wallner.
Today, Dr. Wallner Engineering GmbH stands for innovation, customer orientation and technological excellence – shaped by a strong history and a clear vision for the future.
