Support

Our goal is to provide you with fast and accurate support.

If you are not already in contact with one of our consultants, please send a detailed description of your problem to the following address support@drwe.de. One of our qualified staff members will get back to you as soon as possible. If you already have a support contract, the necessary arrangements are already in place, and support will be provided immediately after you contact us.

Data can be transferred via upload/download using our DRWE Cloud. You can obtain the access data for this from your respective consultant or contact person.

We would be happy to arrange a support contract with you. This contract specifies response times and payment terms.

Consulting

What you should know about our consulting services.

All service products can be configured and requested online. After entering your contact details, a DRWE employee will contact you with a personalized quote.

Yes, we will work with you to develop a concept that precisely meets your requirements.

To clarify your requirements, we will send you a checklist in advance. You will then receive a specification of your project scope and a quote with task packages.

This ​article is intended to help you choose the PLM system that best suits your needs. We would also be happy to advise you in person during a free initial consultation.

Construction

Everything you need to know about our design services at a glance.

Our design engineers create precise 3D models of components, welded parts, assemblies, and complete machines and production facilities, including the derivation of standard-compliant drawings and parts lists. They also carry out adaptation and variant designs according to instructions.

Following review by the Employment Agency, we have been granted an unlimited permit for temporary employment. The contract form is exclusively a temporary employment contract in accordance with the currently valid AÜG (German Temporary Employment Act).

Our designers undergo intensive training before working with customers. We determine the specific qualification requirements of each employee and train them in appropriate measures before and during their assignment with the customer, including on special topics. We do not send you any "greenhorns."

The response time depends on the technical and organizational requirements you place on the employee. Within a few days, we will get back to you with information on how quickly we can meet your staffing needs with qualified personnel. Often, we will even have initial concrete suggestions for you and you will receive initial employee profiles that match your specific staffing needs.

Training

Are you interested in our training courses? Here you will find the most important answers.

We are an officially recognized educational institution under the Baden-Württemberg Education Act (BzG BW). This means that our courses are carefully planned, well organized, and professionally conducted.

Hot and cold drinks are available in the training center before and during breaks. Due to technical reasons, only water is permitted in the training rooms.

We do not offer lunch, but thanks to our central location, you will find numerous options for easy dining.

Yes, upon completion, each participant will receive a personalized certificate of completion. It includes the course name, duration of the training, dates of participation, and course content.

We make sure that our training sessions provide an optimal learning environment. For open training sessions, this means a maximum group size of 9 participants. For custom training sessions, the number of participants is determined by the contact person and the training organizer. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses with fewer than 3 participants at short notice.

It is not possible to use your own hardware/software for training courses at the training center. The training rooms are equipped with everything you need. For training courses at your premises, you must use your own equipment or alternatively book our mobile training room. For online training courses, you can also use your device to access our training computers remotely.  

If no language is specified in the training description or in the offer, the training will be conducted in German. We are happy to offer training in English or other foreign languages upon request. If you are interested in such training, please contact us.

We will provide you with the exact course times in your registration confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, in-person training begins at 10:00 a.m. on the first day and at 8:00 a.m. on subsequent days. For online training sessions, the times will be arranged in advance with the trainer and communicated to you.

As a general rule, all training courses offered at the Böblingen Training Center can also be conducted at your location. This is a good option when multiple users need to be trained at the same time.

There are several accommodation options in the immediate vicinity. We would be happy to send you an overview and help you choose.

The training materials will be made available for download in digital form via the cloud after completion of the training. The documents are protected by watermarks and are subject to copyright.

You can register for a training session online, by email, or by phone. Once you’ve registered, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the important details.

You can find all current training dates for Siemens Designcenter NX & Teamcenter on our ove​rview pag​e, sorted by date and calendar week. For custom training sessions, special topics, or specialized workshops, please submit your request along with a proposed date so we can coordinate. 

There are paid parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, which vary greatly in terms of parking duration and cost. Please contact us in advance so that we can advise you on the best options.
