Algorithmic Feature

In this NX tip and trick on the topic of “Algorithmic Feature”, we will introduce you to the possibility of creating complex design rules (so-called algorithmic features) in a visual programming environment (the Visual Editor).

The finished algorithmic features can be saved in the Reuse Library. For the application, the algorithmic features are dragged from the reuse library into the components. In the dialog that now opens, the desired target objects are selected and the input parameters are set. The algorithmic feature can be used as often as required in other components, which significantly speeds up and standardizes the design process and promotes sustainable and efficient work.
