Executive Assistant

Böblingen, Germany

We are looking for a part-time Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to start on August 1, 2026, working 20–30 hours per week as a maternity/parental leave replacement.

In this position of trust, you will report directly to senior management and support the company’s leadership in administrative and organizational matters. You will take a solution-oriented and proactive approach, offering your own suggestions for optimizing processes and structures.

This position serves as a central service hub for the entire company. You will perform your duties independently and without managerial responsibility for other employees. This is a temporary position to cover maternity and parental leave.

Your Responsibilities


  Gatekeeper function

  • Primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Ensuring a smooth flow of information within the company
  • Professional communication over the phone and in writing in German and English
  • Organization of office and training materials, cleanliness and order

  Supporting activities

  • Reliable processing of information (contracts, documents, inquiries)
  • Seamless management of communication and information processing to support senior management
  • Fleet Management and Event Planning

  Accounting Preparation

  • Receipt Management and Expense Reporting
  • Close collaboration with the external accountant and tax advisor

Your Profile


  Organizational skills, discretion, and a high degree of personal responsibility

  A structured, forward-thinking, and solution-oriented approach

  A confident, friendly demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally

  Proficiency in MS Office, experience with AI and modern communication tools

  Excellent German and good English skills

  High school diploma or equivalent
