Frequently asked questions about NX at DRWE
Yes. Even experienced NX users often use only a fraction of the available features. Without a clear design methodology, workarounds and inconsistent standards can arise. We’ll show you how to create more robust models, clearer structures, and noticeably faster processes.
The Basic Design course teaches how to create individual parts, assemblies, and drawings from scratch. This compact course is designed for participants with experience in another 3D CAD system or with prior NX experience, and provides a comprehensive introduction to the software in a condensed format.
Yes. In addition to consulting and training, we also handle product development in-house – from mass-produced parts and castings to fixture design and additive manufacturing. Upon request, we can also provide these services through temporary staffing or on a per-hour basis directly within your project.
Yes. We program in C++, C#, and Visual Basic, and develop custom extensions for Siemens NX as well as interfaces to upstream and downstream systems such as Teamcenter.
Open training sessions are limited to a maximum of 9 participants to ensure a productive learning environment. Unless otherwise specified, training sessions are conducted in German; we are happy to offer English-language training sessions upon request.
