The PLM Connection 2025 in Seeheim has impressively proven its worth: The conference is back to pre-corona levels - both in presence and digitally. Around 800 participants were on site, with many more connecting online. Particularly noteworthy: around 30% of participants were new customers - a clear sign that interest in PLM is growing and the network is constantly expanding.
Even though only around 30% of the presentations came from the customer side, it quickly became clear how important the platform continues to be for practical exchange. The topics are becoming more complex and there is a great need for smart solutions and user-friendly tools - especially in economically challenging times.
The conference week got off to a perfect start: the evening get-together in the exhibition rooms was a complete success. In a relaxed atmosphere between stands and discussion booths, old acquaintances, new contacts and many interested parties were met. A successful setting to get into conversation and set the course for the coming days.
Tuesday began in a relaxed mood, with a laid-back atmosphere and the first stand visits. But from the afternoon onwards, the number of visitors increased significantly - and with it the depth of conversation. The day culminated in an atmospheric evening event, where networking and informal discussions were once again the main focus.
The last day of the conference started with our workshops and we were delighted with the response: all 20 workstations were occupied throughout. The participants asked lots of questions, actively participated in discussions and created a motivating atmosphere. The feedback was consistently positive. In terms of topics, it was clear that the requirements for PLM are increasing, the topics are becoming more in-depth and interest in them is high.

Our stand was also very busy: Interested parties kept coming by, asking specific questions, making training requests or seeking out targeted discussions. We clearly sensed that the focus is back on PLM and solutions that make everyday life easier.
Despite noticeable economic uncertainties, the demand for high-performance products, efficient tools and practical functions remains high. The PLM Connection 2025 has shown how valuable personal exchange, targeted knowledge transfer and a strong network are, especially in these times.
The conference was a complete success for us - with lots of new ideas, exciting discussions and a great atmosphere. We look forward to seeing you again at the PLM Connection 2026 - with new ideas, proven spirit and perhaps even with our legendary socks as a giveaway revival.
