Business Modeler IDE in Siemens Teamcenter

Target audience: Administrators and system managers who want to understand, expand, and customize the Siemens Teamcenter data model.
Duration: 2 days

In this training course, participants learn how to create a customer-specific project after installing the Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE) and how to understand and adapt the Siemens Teamcenter data model. The course covers the various perspectives and views of the BMIDE as well as key concepts such as inheritance, abstract business objects, and property groups. The training provides step-by-step guidance on creating business objects, attributes, value lists, and rule definitions (e.g., GRM, naming, and deep copy rules). Finally, the data model is deployed to the Teamcenter database (hot/cold deploy), including error management.

The aim of the training is to enable participants to independently adapt and commission the Siemens Teamcenter data model using BMIDE after completing the course.
